limits on sending PMs to members?

hey guys, i read the rules but i couldnt fond if there are linits on sending PMs to members

I would like to slowly but steadily send PMs to members just to say hi.

What would the daily/hourly PMs rate be?

I appreciate your thoughts

yeah i would just say hi to members. i wont sell on pms

It's very nice you want to say Hi to members, but that is unnecessary, and it can be interpreted as spam.
