Very much depends on the bot or setup you use and the accounts.
Ie if you do manual you can do 200-250 a day etc
If you use automation its much less as IG tracks it. Safer limits are more like 80-100 follows for newer jv users as you have to be very careful with the bots that are used in public. Easier for IG to find patterns.

It's not possible to know the limits because instagram algorithms makes it dynamic. I tried experimenting with 5 accounts, one of them did 92 comment within an hour and one of them got action limit with just 23 comments. the age of those are were same, quality was also same
