limits imposed on paypal and ebay

Hi, both my ebay and paypal accounts have been closed with the message that access is now limited indefinately. I tried to open another paypal acct in my wife's name but paypal closed this within a matter of weeks. I have considered buying the ebooks, ebay stealth or ebay replay in the hope that these might give me the information I require to get me back onto ebay and paypal. Has anyone bought these books and if so are they any good.

No, they're not. It's not like PayPal will all of a sudden change their mind of unblocking your account just because you bought some mystical book. I think it's time to forget about the account and find a new processor, but your money is still yours and you can get it 180 days after the limitation.
