Age : 17, 18 in 1 week a half. (It worked always perfect)
Verified : Yes I connected my bankaccount
Its not from US, its from Belgium
On the account was like ~300$, I paid 220$ for something and boom I was limited. (I have done many payments before)
And btw, I don't have a Credit card.

Nothing to worry about.
It is a common security procedure for the new account when you send money.
Send them what they need as soon as possible and you will be OK for long time.
Every PP account works perfectly when it is not limited. the problem is : the age of the account and the amount of the money sent.
You will be ok if you send them all the info .

I believe a credit card is required in order to verify an account. Can't you wait that one week until your 18 and get a credit card afterwards?

When you send that they respond in a few hours telling you that its okay and they will let you skip that task
This worked for me a few times since paypal loves to limit me

If you are not qualified to have credit card because of your age, hope same applies to your paypal. I am not sure but it may be the reason they limited.
Or the payment you have made seems fishy to them. The better way to over come is call they and ask them the reason most of the time they take your limitation after a call.

I used to get my account limited when I tried to make a transaction, too. What you need to do is verify yourself - just like that. Call Paypal and talk to them - they are very helpful.
I am sure they'll give you better recommendations better than us here.
