I am 17 years old and im from US. I made an unverified canadian paypal so I can receive money from PPD sites and selling Virtual goods. I don't know if you know what runescape is but I sold stuff on there and I got $520 limited on my paypal. How much would it cost to remove this limitation? I would have to pay you with that paypal though after it is unlimited because thats the only money I have.
