I am 17 years old and im from US. I made an unverified canadian paypal so I can receive money from PPD sites and selling Virtual goods. I don't know if you know what runescape is but I sold stuff on there and I got $520 limited on my paypal. How much would it cost to remove this limitation?

No one can guarantee reversing the limitation, but there are means of supplying PP with docs or verifications (of your card, or bank) that could restore the account, depending on the details. You could try me, or other vendors here on BHW to get those services.
