I have a limited Canadian paypal that's available for withdrawal. The paypal has fake information however it is my account.

some factors toconsider are is the balance over 1k? did u attacheed it to a bank is itlimited? for what reason if u can provide the answer here not pm i can help
 
Theres $120 nothing of high balance. there hasn't been any previous bank accounts attached
 
maybe you can even do this for yourself, once i was able to withdraw my paypal balance after the 180 day period was over to a bank account of mine, the bank account was legit and on my name, the paypal account wasn't, paypal says that the names need to match, but it didn't look like it

You can withdraw to any bank account if those 180 days have elapsed already.
 
Usually the don't need to be 180 days to pass. They tend to give you the go ahead to withdraw from Paypal a lot sooner.

When my paypal was limited I simply apologized for submitting incorrect information because I was "under age" and they transferred my entire balance to my bank account with no hassle.
 
you should better check fiverr im pretty sure they offer service like this its cheaper for sure not 40% of your paypal
