Limited Paypal Question

I had a paypal that I would make money from PPD and selling RSGP and it wasn't verified. It got permanently limited because I was underage. It says that I can withdrawl it and add my bank account. The thing is I would want to add my bank account and then remove it after but it says that I can't I think. Anyone know if I will be able to remove it or anything else I can do to get the $550 on the paypal?

So if I put my bank account on the paypal I won't be able to remove it and it will be stuck on there forever?

I'm really not sure but I know I have seen on many occasions people in threads saying " I can help - PM me " but I'm unsure of how it would be done. Just a thought I guess.

Paypal has a 'one bank account to one PP account' type policy. Once a bank account has been linked to a PP account, that bank account can't be linked to another PP account. So deleting the bank from the paypal account won't change the fact that the bank can't be used later for another PP.

What most people are 'able to do to help' is to either 1) buy the PP account at a discount (if the funds are frozen for up to 6 months) and then withdraw the cash later to their bank, or 2) help a non-US person set up a bank account through which they can with draw their funds.

The easiest method nowadays is to apply for an 'instant approval' type reloadable debit card that has a working bank account attached to it (although this does involve providing an SSN that the online application will accept). A person seeking defacto anonymity can seek a third party to acquire a bank account through this means and then pass the account and activated card over to them.

Then I guess that I will add my bank account and get the money.. if I do it right now how long will it take to get my money into my bank?

I believe each payment goes into review for 48 hours. After that unless you have a premium account I think it takes 5 working days.

Even if you could take the bank account off the paypal account, that bank account would be forever linked to this paypal account. If you create a new paypal account and use the bank account you previously added to this one, the new paypal will be perm limited again since they used this to link you. Make sense?

Just add a bank account, make the withdrawal... but don't confirm the bank account unless it forces you to. If you need more details on how to make a new paypal account, without linking to your old one, let me know and I'll be glad to help.
