Okay, so I have two PayPal accounts. I will call the first one account A and the second one account B. They both have my real information on them and account B has my debit/credit card connected to it. However, due to a charge-back sometime in April, account A is at a negative 155$ and it got limited. Recently, they have just connected the dots and limited account B on it also which only has 13$ on it for the time being. My question is, would I get in trouble for this since my debit/credit card is connected to one of my accounts? I don't have the money to push account A out of the negatives yet though by the way.

I don't think they could charge your account, but you will never be able to use the credit card ever again. My account got limited because I was sending payments as gifts, and the credit card stored on that account has never been usable since. I can't even pay for a paypal invoice anymore.
