Why did you create a paypal account with a fake name? It's very bad therefore you stuck with this problem, this is a punish. By the way hope someone help you.

Yeah, something is not right about yoru story. I have done this too many times and you just ad a checking account and with draw the money. Names don't need to match the bank account and PP. Very easy... unless there is someting you are not sharing.

Are PP asking for ID? Or maybe you need to add a bank ac/card?If so, go see member secondeye on this forum (or any other PP service on BHW).
