Limited Paypal Balance with $230

Hello everyone,

I have an Stealth PP account with $230 Balance,

I need these:

1) Passport or Driving License
2) Driving License or Utility Bill
3) SSN Card or W-2 Pay Stub or 3rd party prepared tax return.

All the money I have is in the PP account itself as I am under 18 and earned via selly.gg only.

Is there anybody who'll be able to help me?

Please Note as stated above: I cannot pay in Advance as money is all in my PP account.
