Limited paypal after login from proxy

I tried to pay for one service but i wasn't able to do it from my country so i used Canadian proxy server, after i logged in my account was limited with the following reason:

Oct 15, 2013 : We want to check with you to make sure that no one has logged in to your account without your permission.
Please take a moment to change your password and create new security questions. You should also take a look at your account information and recent transactions.
Make sure that your account information (address, phone number, etc.) hasn't changed and that you recognize all of your recent transactions. If you see a payment that you don't recognize, let us know by going to the Resolution Center. Click "Dispute a Transaction" to report an unauthorized transaction.


Now they require credit card, but my paypal is not accepted into my country, is there any way to contact them and tell them that it was actually me who logged in to the account and get it unlimited without CC.

it will be little hard to get it back if they are asking documents.
Call them and tell them you are traveling and the connection you used was by mistake proxy based. see if helps a little.

They are asking only for CC, the proxy i used was elite.

Try using VCC from one of members selling here if you do not have real cc.

I tried to contact 2 of the sellers but one of them was celebrating eid, the other one told me that he doesn't sell VCCs, if anyone sell them please contact me at Devpol123 (skype)

Never use proxies with PayPal unless your 100% sure they're not somehow detectable.

Also, if you mainly log in from one location and you randomly log in from another, this is bound to happen.

I hate paypal for this reason. I travel and work from alot of remote offices, every time i process a charge, i have to notify my team that is local to have it processed on the same pc/ip.

always use remote desktop on low profile hosting company with ip in your country
this way you can go anywhere and always stay safe
instead of buying vcc buy a prepaid cc at the cornerstore you can register any name

I had to use proxy to pay because the payment processor wasn't able to process my payment if it was paid from my country.
