Hi so basically im 17 and im not old enough to use paypal, but my account is limited. Paypal is asking fr photo id, but i need to know how i could overcome this?

I have just finished the process of getting the limitation lifted....just send everything they ask for and you will be fine.
 
Provide them with all sorts of details they need and you will be fine.
 
what if we are underaged? What should we do? alternative, perhaps?
 
Well if your under aged then the worse thing you could possibly do is send
them your documents to PayPal. Simply buy a stealth paypal account.
Google it and you will find suppliers. Theirs suppliers here on BHW.
