I am not a expert when it comes to this so I am not the one to heed advice from, was just pointing out that is where the issue likely arose, from the looks of it, that account is toast so I would move on, surely hope you did not leave funds in there as that is never wise to do, even on a legit account; they can limit it and hold funds, at any point, for up to six months if they choose.

Error in proxy. If you’re an imposter then you’d be limit you, but there’s a lot more to what can limit you.
remotely vps is much much way better option then proxy

Just be honest and say you don’t know it will come off as good if you’re very polite but not too much. If you just guess the answer and get it wrong they will not get your account back.
