one of my paypal accounts has been limited and I really need to get the money out.
i dont have an id with my name on it or any of that stuff they need and its asking for my social security. can someone help me? just inbox me here I dont have skype or any external messengers , can email as well. not working with too much cash but help would be much appreciated. thank you guys so much.

I think paypal limitation has its level, some of limitation can be just a change of email and password to asking for ssn and picture ID/passport... and they also do Permanent limited account which is I dont think has a solution.

I faced that problem thats why I used paypal very rarely if there is no other way to pay even i transect small amount. I Exchange Paypal with Moneybooker/WMZ/Neteller/Payoneer/ Local Currency.
Some times paypal block me,I cant send/ pay. Then i just refund the money where i got it.

If you got your money from another account then you can try my method. Hope you get a good result
