That’s usually a system-controlled process. Sometimes the spend limit increases without the payment threshold changing, and it may require consistent spend/payment cycles before it updates automatically. There’s no manual way to force it.

That’s because the account is on manual payment, in that mode, FB won’t raise your billing threshold regardless of spend. To increase it, you’d need to switch to auto-billing if the option is available. Once on auto-billing, keeping a consistent spend and paying invoices on time over multiple cycles can trigger gradual threshold increases
