The total accounts you can follow from one account is 7,500 but there is no daily or hourly limit. What you can do is take things slowly. First day follow only 10 accounts. Second day maybe 15-20. Third would be something like 30 accounts. This will warmup your account, but in my opinion, don't go beyond 70 accounts per day per account

Total Followings in general for any account you can have is 7500. Hourly and Daily Limits are 7-12/Hour and 90-100/Day for warmup.

Let's say you hit 7500 follows. Some time passes, 100 accounts closed, you unfollowed 100. Now you follow 7300 accounts. Can you follow 200 more now?

You can do around 40-50 follows per day, however, you would need to warm up the account before you can start doing 40-50 follows per day. Start with 10 follows per day, then add 1 follow each day until you reach 40-50 follows.

7,500 per day but break it down and don't rush the daily follows. if you do, it will be considered as spamming. You can say maximum of 12-15 per day

IG usually keeps it safe around 150–200 follows per day spread out, but it depends on account age, trust score, and activity patterns. Newer accounts should stay much lower (20–50) until warmed up.
