Guess what I've used this smiley collection to make images that helped bring me in over $50k and never once been contacted let alone prosecuted against. I personally would call that "stealing it the right way" so please STFU.
Crsk8 said that he didn't need a professional logo, so I made an effort to help. You didn't, you just whine like a little bitch about pay and "self respecting graphic artists" and smiley copyrights. I break the rules everyday, that includes copyright infringement of several different kinds. Stolen youtube videos reposted with a watermark as my own, bid on blacklisted company keywords in ppc, affiliate accounts banned from "fraud", pose as a social network in order to 'gift' people, use compromised boxes as proxies, etc. It's how I've got ahead in life and I'm sure a lot of other people here can attest to that. If I have to goto court(never have over a cease and desist yet) I hire a really good attorney and go, but I'll be damned if something like this would stop me. What a fucking waste of my time...
