Likes or Retweets - What's More Important?

I'm doing some tests on twitter... again
And it looks like "likes" are more important than retweets for ranking on Twitter... What are your thoughts?

You have to mix it. With like and retweet you have to Add reply also.

While likes make everyone feel warm and fuzzy, retweets are the real powerhouse. If you're a business owner, small, medium or huge, you want retweets.

I have a tweet with many retweets but people with more likes are outranking me. That's why I asked.
 
Retweet is more important than and with that you account look more genuine and active and increase your account worth
 
Retweets in my opinion and this, for a simple reason. I check Twitter on my browser, which has an ad blocker. If someone likes a tweet, the liked tweet does not appear in my TL. RTs do.
