hi, since some months im getting like blocks on some accounts when i use a b'ot but when i log in to that account from insta app im able to like posts.. is instagrram blocking the proxies? If yes, what is the best proxy company to avoid this?

Blocking occurs per session / island. Change your proxy and reset your bot auth before start.

I do believe Instagram is blocking proxies. This has been a problem for quite some time already. I have heard about buyproxies.org that it is better than others.
