"Like us on facebook" link on ebay listing?

Hello, is it allowed to post a "like us on fb" link on my ebay listing? I tried googling but can't seem to get a clear answer, a random seller is currently doing this and I'm sure it is a great way to get new fb likes and start a fan base, thanks

it is! But not sure if it is allowed, the seller who is doing this is getting 1,000s of new likes a month and I'm guessing its because of ebay

I do not think this is allowed. At least I would not try it and put an account in jeopardy.

this is a really cool idea but do you think its legal?? well who talks about legal when you are talking about black hat SEO tools.

eBay says they don't allow external links, however if they were really against it, they wouldn't allow the code when you make listings? I've never had any issues with the millions of listings I've made.

Basically, I would not try it with my main eBay account. Getting a few facebook likes is not worth
loosing a senior eBay account. So take precaution in your experiment.
