Like limit device ban?

Hello, i was performing follow/unfollow on my second account for about 2 weeks

Yesterday in my personal account and on the second i can't follow and like more from about 24 hours, only from my iPhone, on my desktop works all correctly

What can i do to unlock my device?

Up please

maybe leave it to rest for some days. Perform other actions on it except likes
E.g watch stories, follow, etc

Maybe you didn't adhere to the action limits.

Leave it and do some natural actions on the account for the next 3-4 days.

Wait a couple of daysif you are doing to frequently the follow and unfollow they might get you shadow ban, this type of restriction to share or like is normal, I got warnings in facebook that I can't share or comment content in 48 hours and Instagram shadow ban my personal account because I spend too much time there, what they do is not update my feed, I continue seeing the same posts for 24 hours, leave it for 4 days give a few likes shares the normal amount and then you will be back to normal, but what is weird is that only happen in your cellphone.
