Like / Follow Websites, The Best ?

So, i have signed up to a couple of these like / follow websites, a couple with coupons giving me 500/300 coins...& one with no coupon, but it seems to be the most active..

1) Which are the most popular ones? (if there is any)

2) Can you be banned for using this?

3) should i set a limit per day, as to how many likes / follows i get?

if you use the Autofollowback feature you can get up to 300 followers / day

Settings: followBack only those with seeds

in some cases it happens that you are @ 0 seeds and the followback is 0 seeds (mostly 1 seeds in the best case 8 seeds)
After this 0 followback you must follow at lest one tweep to start the RUN again.
