Like fanpage and increase fans

I have a fanpage and am having hard time for people to like it. ANy strategy on how to get localized fans to like it?

I asked other fanpage admins to make mass update but did not manage to be successful in this venture

I asked other admins of groups to like same state

you can try the trick with the hidden shits.You know "Press like to see this" or "Press like to see that" or come up with something better than that
