Via insights it's really hard to tell whether you have have a ban or not because you could be getting bot likes from somebody.
anyway, the easiest way to check if you are banned, install a tor browser, then upload a new photo from your mobile and use a test hashtag (i.e. #testBLABLABLA2000) then from tor browser open instagram (no need to login, don't do it) and check if your photo appears in that hashtag, if it appears, then close tor browser and open it immediately again (if it asks to terminate session and use new one with new ip then click "yes") then check again if your photo appears in that hashtag, if it appears, keep checking 4-5 times (each time close Tor browser then re-open again in order to have a new ip which is actually proxy servers located at different locations globally, then you get from different network to IG, best test to do without the need of friends from other countries), so if your photo is still there after 4-5 tests with Tor browser then you don't have any ban at all and your problem is simply because you were getting fake likes from bots, or probably (I doubt it) you were using some hashtags that aren't available anymore for any user (instagram wrote this in their official website that they might delete or disable temporary abused hashtags), and the last option probably you specifically are banned from some hashtags, in case you were marked as abusing them by instagram, but in order to know that, first of all make the first suggestion (checking a test hashtag via Tor browser, because if that failed then you are totally banned and all your current like are fake, but if that test passes fine then move on to this one, upload a new photo and use the same hashtags you were always using then check via tor browser if you photo is there, if its not there then you are banned from specific hashtags, and if it's there , then it means you were getting fake likes and now you don't get them and that's the only logical reason that left to explain this drop), no other option my friend
do all those simple test and let us know, it's interesting an can always be a guide for other friends here.

Yeah, I used a 3rd party app , i've loaded a new username that suppose to be spammy , but even before using that username it was already blocked by instagram because of many attempts to connect to their api via that 3rd party app, so it was marked as spammy username, then before I was sure if it was really marked as spammy username and banned, I did a stupid thing and tried to login from my iphone with that username then instagram banned my apple ID then I couldn't use any username at all (I mean my photo didn't appear at any hashtag because of the ban but I could login fine and upload photo that only I could see) then I changed my apple ID , UN-installed IG app, then re-installed with the new apple ID and problem was solved.

at the beginning I thought maybe my IP-Address was banned, but that probably would be done if all devices from same ip were spammy then IP could be banned, so just be careful not to use spam account from your apple ID , because "God" knows what else they might do for us in the future haha.

Same thing happened to me and my account is not shadow banned. Before my like drop i was getting around 400 average likes on my post but now i barely cross 100 like in a day. And thanks to new analysis features update on instagram now i can see how many impression we are getting from our followers. And i noticed from my recent photo analytic that my impression from home( this is part of impression and you can see it on your photo analysis) had dropped significantly. I was now getting barely 600 impression and 100 likes( i have 7k followers at this time) from home and before the drop in my likes i was getting around 1500 impression and 400 likes( i have 4k followers then) from home, which means my followers are not able to see my post from their home page. It is clear that instagram has put limit on my reach from home. Now i had stopped using that account and will use it after 7 days to check whether they lifted the limit or not by posting a picture.
