Like & Commenting Services

In about 2 Month (Yes I know I think far ahead) I hope to use the service ViewTornado but I want comments to go along with the views. I'm planning to put 5000 views on each video I upload and the average amount of comment and like for a real channel is 500 Likes and 125 Comments. Fiverr doesn't have any offers like this do you guys no of a service that does strictly like and comments only? Also I don't want to do Like4Like such as Enhanceviews (which I'm using now)
