Where can I get a script to make it possible that a person Like my facebook page and like my recent 10 posts before being able to go to a downloads page?

There are content locker plugin that can help you get page likes. As for post likes, I don't there's any script or tool available that tracks if someone has liked 10 posts or not.

For posts likes, you have to make a custom script for yourself. Hire a developer and tell him exactly how you want the script to work.
