lightweight theme for Wordpress

I am currently using enfold theme and i am happy with it.
easy to use, light-ish..

i am looking for a lightweight theme, wordpress for a 5 page site, with mostly text some images and a lot of banners. i mean about 40-50 banners at this point.
thnks in advance.
(the site is already up and running with the7 theme, but i just don't like it at all. i will recreate it with enfold or something else)
