LiftMyRank marketing fail?

So I have received an email from them about their new autopilot traffic service which is fine although the price is huge.
They have recently sent a follow up email in which they answer most popular questions. I have read it and found one sentence that made me create this topic:

we have access to over 98% of all sites on the internet via 14+ traffic exchanges and we customize each campaign according to what niche you're in.

Any service that says it has access to 98% of all sites on the internet is complete bullsh*t.

Wow... traffic exchanges business has some concentration if 14 cover 98% of the market. Any idea what exchanges they are talking about.

Hi Kazhkaz, thank you for your feedback. What we were referring to was that we have access to 98% of all web traffic via Google/Microsoft/Facebook ad platforms plus a wide range of other display advertising exchanges, we accidentally used the word "sites" instead of "traffic", thank you for pointing this out to me.
