Lifting Paypal limits

So i received more then 1 800 $ on my paypal and now i have to verify it , i already sent a photo of my ID which was ok but now i have to verify the address .
But all they accept is drivers license , ban k or credit card statements , and utility bills ( [FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]phone , gas , water , electricity bills )
I dont have a drivers licence , i dont own a house so i get no bills on my name , i have nothing with the bank only my card but the file i got with that doesnt have my address or name , how else could i verify it ?
They also accept a copy or printed payslip , but not sure what that is , im sure i dont have it tho ,
So ...anyone else had to go through this ? :)

Yes I did
I live in morocco but when i opened a paypal account i gave them a fake adress
my paypal was blocked like 1 year
after that I sent a message to them saying that i'm the owner of the account but when registring I mad a mistake by choosing another country
they asked me to send an ID which i did, but the account was still blocked
Ive talked to them many times ( more than 20 hours of talking :p) and everything
one day i sent to them an email saying that i want to close my account and transfer my money to my other moroccan paypal, i've waited 6 days without any answer , and one day i woke up chek my emails and found that my paypal was activated.
just stuck to them do not loose hope until you get what you want, piss them off with emails and calls, that what i did and it workt

payslip is the receipt of the payment given by your employer.

you dont need to own a house to verify the address, just borrow the bill from the house you are living in right now. Call and tell them that you are living under this house but you got no bill under your name. Phone bill would work well, tell them to call the number that associated with the address to verify that you are living in.
 
In EU i used a banking receipt and it was okay. I did it twice, for a corporation and a personal account.

Remember to phone them to make it go faster.
 
Yeah paypal verification is a bit hassle...........
 
Just call them and tell everything. I found its really easier to deal with if you haven't use any fake information to Open the account. I think it will short it OUT
 
also if you are desperate there is service in the bst that does all this for you
 
Hmm , well i guess ill try with the phone call :) Just tell then i get no bills on my name maybe sent a photo of the phone bill and tell them to call my number to verify :)
 
You didn't say how old you are, but it may be possible to get a Walmart card in your name and use that to verify yourself. I couldn't do anything with my account until I added a debit card that verified me a little (don't have a bank account, either, just turned eighten), and now I can send/receive money. Like it was suggested, you could also just call them and explain your situation. I've called before and can attest to their customer service being excellent.
 
just be confident and provide all the things they ask.be honest with them and provide genuine proofs always .they will remove it .I have come across this situation with my pp account in past
