Lifestyle Design- Building My Future

I'm currently a college student with about 2 years of school left. I dabbled in IM and made a niche website and made some small $$ doing that but I'm ready to really put forth a serious effort to achieve the "extravagant" lifestyle I desire (before 30). I just need to keep in mind that life rewards those who take risks. I know that I'll have to start small but that is how these journeys always begin. I'll be having multiple ventures over time so that my income is diversified (eggs in multiple baskets blah blah). For now I want to focus on the method zerofoxtrot has popularized, Youtube+Clickbank. Once that venture is established I will move onto Kindle ebook marketing.

So for my first niche i decided on one with a keyword of 23k local monthly searches the keyword tool tells me the competition is low so I'm sure I can handle it. My starting budget is fairly low so I may do some fiverr articles/get another job to help pay for SEO services. I'm going to emulate zero's method fairly closely and stick with a single quality video for now, then add more as time goes on.

I have already paid a convincing guy on fiverr to make a nice testimonial and I've uploaded with a small 150 word article in the description with an ad overlay linking to a domain I purchased which then redirects to my clickbank hoplink. Right now I am awaiting another transfer to my paypal to purchase a SEO service from BHW.



GOAL

• 5k/month (longterm)

METHODS

• Youtube video linked to clickbank product with buying keywords.
• Produce Kindle Ebooks in a worthy niche
• Apps?

I have nothing against fiverr, but by not doing it yourself, especially when you're starting out.. I am afraid you won't understand what you're truely dealing with or understand the business well.

Thanks, the video he made was pretty high quality (imo), you could be right though. If you see me fucking up then I'd definitely appreciate you letting me know.

Also, when the keyword tool tells you competition is low - that is referring to paid advertising, the actual SEO competition may be a different story - but that being said, ranking a video is easier than a webpage.

True, Im definitely a novice at this but I fired up my SeoQuake(need a more accurate tool) and saw that the average PR was only around 2 and the highest amount of backlinks(they brought up) to the specific pages was around 300. Hopefully the video aspect of this project will help it rank easier like you said.

Sent 800 bookmarks to a tertiary link resource that google loves to rank. Going to do this for all (10) of my keywords. Waiting on some more money to purchase the full package of this expensive seo campaign. I'm looking up good niches to sell in the kindle marketplace right now.

While its good to start at early age, most companies arent 1-hit wonder. You will find yourself overestimating stuff, close down a few businesses and more. But its definitely a good experience tho, so by the time you are 30s, you will know how to run a business (hopefully).

The apps part was for when I had more disposable income but Im down to talk to you about it. Unfortunately I cant PM you because I dont have enough posts.

Ready to get started. I'll have the cash to buy a backlinking service at the end of the week. So I finally am getting to transfer my funds to my paypal in order to purchase a backlinking service for $120 that was used by zerofoxtrot. In these few days Ive purchased one more social bookmarking gig from fiverr for the actual video.

My hops have been dying down since the 28 i got a few days ago but seem to be leveling off a bit around 16. Unfortunately my phone was stolen at a pool party yesterday so my available funds will be a little lower (considering simply going without a phone for a while so that I can have more $$ on hand to throw at my video).

Ugh ive also been slacking on starting up this kindle project. I need to select a niche and begin outlining my (short) ebook.

The 3-5 days it takes to transfer money from bank account to paypal is killing me. Ill have 150 to work with in my paypal by friday. Im going to use 120 for the chainsaw backlinking service here on BHW 20 for 20k high retention views and the 10 for some fiverr gigs I suppose. In these past few days I have done the slideshare method and created a presentation pointing to my video and I have been using Soundcloud for more backlinks to my video. If anyone knows anymore free backlinking methods to point to my video while I wait for my $$$ in paypal feel free to tell me.

I also checked with Spiderblast and checked how many backlinks my video had(only 54 </3 ) and now i am pinging the entire list of backlinks made by certain fiverr gigs to hopefully get those backlinked faster. Unfortunately the pinging process takes mad long but hopefully it is worth it.

Been reading GobBluthJD's thread more and more and I'm still having trouble choosing a niche to begin writing about. I want it to be something where a 10-20 page ebook is worth doing. This process niche selection is a bit harder than I thought it would be but I'll get it done.

Dont put too much value into a mobile phone, rather invest your money wisely.

Well looked further into my keyword selection and decided I should probably tackle my secondary keywords first because those are all ranked Easy in Traffic Travis while my main is ranked as "Difficult". My hops have been terrible lately though. Also ive been checking ahrefs and my backlinks have been going up (74+) according to that but when i check my video url in traffic travis it cant find any. Any explanation would be appreciated.

Now that im tackling a different main keyword as my primary keyword I went back and added to my original title and stuffed the descriptions even more to include all 10 keywords I want to rank for.

I have chosen a niche for my kindle project and started to outline the e-book.
