hey. does anyone know how long it takes for an account to be activated? i tried to contact them, but they didnt answered yet.

otherwise are there other provider for facebook ads with which i would be able to monetize my apps? but it must be international provider since im from germany.

Email your account manager, i had the same problem and she manually activated my account it took about a day for them to do it manually.
