Life destroyed by antidepressants - please help me

Hi guys, I'm a member of 7 years here. I've been inactive quite a while here, something very tragic happened to me over 1.5 years ago.

After work related stress and insomnia I got prescribed Trazodone and later Venlafaxine, an antidepressant to help me sleep better. After a few pills I had an adverse reaction and was left mentally disabled with permanent sexual dysfunction and chronic fatigue. This is called PSSD (Post-SSRI-Sexual-Dysfunction). Althought his is quite rare, it happens. No doctor could ever help me, they mostly do not know about it or deny this could happen, and research or a cure is years (if not decades) away.

I am left with chronic anhedonia, unable to enjoy anything, I can barely watch TV, not engage in conversations, my mind and thoughts are blocked. Before this I was working as a software developer and had a side business and it completely destroyed my life. I tried many many therapies and supplements and nothing ever gave me relief.

Something very similiar happens in the Post-Finasteride-Syndrome, caused by the hair loss pill Finasteride, many suicides were caused by this condition.

Since this happened to me I've been using my left over brain power to think about ways to potentially gain more visibility for these issues. I thought I have been doing alot of SEO in the past, and remembered my account on BHW.

Im my opinion this is a crime against humanity, doctors destroy lifes with their prescriptions, and pharmaceutical companies are very aware of these side effects yet do not warn about it on the label of their drugs.

Please, if you have any idea how you can help me (SEO, strategies, viral strategies, etc).. let me know.

I thought I could SEO the rxisk.org site, which is fighting for awareness, there is even a $100k price for whoever finds the cure for this life disabling condition. It is currently ranking on page 2 and page 4 for keywords like "antidepressant side effects", "antidepressant sexual dysfunction".

There is also youtube videos like this, that need FAR MORE attention, please let me know if you have any idea how I can spread this on the internet.

I used GSA SER in the past, I thought about doing a generic comment blast about PSSD / PFS across the internet, im not sure how effective that would be though.

If you can help me in any way, please let me know.. I'm in complete hell for 1.5 years already, I am 23 years old and my future was destroyed, im left as an asexual castrated zombie, justice needs to be served..

You need first understand what you did to your body and later fix it.
You basically poisened your body and you need to get it out of your body.
Since i don't know your medicine exactly i can't tell you what exactly happened into your body.

However when its poisened best is Dabrowska with enemas to get that poison out of your body.

At Diabetes 2 for example you need to get the bad industrial fats out of your body which are making your cells resistance against insuline.

Thank you for your suggestion. In tearms of treatments pretty much everything has been tried already. Without any real research we will never find a root cause, its also possible that this condition has no cure at all, so we need to push for awareness now.

There is no treatment.
You need to understand what you put into your body is poison.
There is no other solution than cleaning your body and no standard doctor will tell you that because it costs nothing.You would make them unneeded.

I recommend to study dabrowska who found a cure of diabetes in 1988 and opened many facilities since then.
No standard doctor will tell you about it since they have not be trained to do so.All they know is what poison to give to eliminate the symptoms but not the cause.

Thank you I will look into dabrowska. The thing is many diets have been tried, not diet alone will probably cure this. The main theory behind this issue is permanent epigenetic changes across the whole body, in theory epigenetics can change, but its extremely hard. I think we are altered forever, some have this 2 years, 3 years, 10 years etc...

Also this is no secret knowledge.
What she is using has been also done in Switzerland in 1900 hundreds where European elite went with different symptoms for cleaning and got healed out just by a diet.

epigenetic changes can be cured with ecological food which DNA is clean and not modified.

Many tried different diets for PFS/PSSD. Carnivore, fasting, paleo, whatever, every diet was tried.. Diet alone won't solve these epigenetic issues I'm sure.

You high probably need a 800 kcal diet so your body starts the cleaning process eating and destroying the bad cells.
Food must be ecological and not modified and most important raw to activate your body cleaning process.
Adding enemas to help getting the poison out.
Lot of movement.
Specific vegetables to put healthy bacteria colonies back to your body
and a lot of sun.

When I started my antidepressants, I also had low to no sex drive and almost no feelings during sex. What helped at first was reducing the dosage. Also I noticed that while I was 'high', my brain was basically in a rewiring-mode. So I got used to not having sex, and therefore didn't feel the need for it anymore. To solve this, I had to "force" myself to like sex again, teach my brain that its a fun thing to do. So I did "force" myself to sleep with girls, read a bunch of erotic novels and tried things on girls, tried to dirty talk more and more via chat. All these things rewired my brain toward being a sexual person. It was really hard, but it worked and now I'm having a normal sex life while using my reduced dosage of antidepressants.

As for your anhedonia, stress, and especially chronic social stress, is one of the most important factors responsible for it. If you put yourself under subordination stress for a couple of weeks, you will lose all motivation. You will have less response to dopamine, less response to sugar, higher immobility etc.. This lockdown is not helping for people sensitive to these things. One way to beat that is to have successes again, by yourself. I had to do that a couple of years ago, I just tried to beat every personal record, as dumb as they may be : fasting for 2 days, then fasting for 3 days, weight lifting records, sprint time record, sprint speed record, baking a cake, baking a harder cake, making vegan cheese, growing a lettuce. It feels stupid but by being successful on small things all the time, I felt like I was a machine and I got over the overall lack of energy.

Yeah, but these side effects usually go away. In the case of PSSD they don't. I tried everything for treating my anhedonia, exercise, etc etc etc. even unconventional treatments like psychedelics... There is no known cure for this.

I mean i just wrote a full text on how I did it, and you respond by saying its impossible and you won't do it. Feel like you already decided you're a victime and don't plan on improving things.

You should stop trusting doctors so much.They are basically idiots only able to provide more poison against some sympotoms.
Trust me i know what I'm talking about.The only one who will be able to cure it is you and your gained know how.

Do you maybe know Neuropathy ?

Many diabtes2 people are getting it and its being told that its nerves in your body which are dying permamently.
They basically threat the pain with more poison.
They claim that nerves died with the proof of measuring electronic impulse which should go through your nerves.If it doesn't forward these impulse your nerves are officially dead by our medicine.

However there is a small group which had the same symptoms and no impulse forwarding because of poisoning with amalgam.
Once cleaned the body from amalgam the nerves normally forwarded impulse again.

So based on this know how how is it possible that doctors claim till today that nerves at diabtis 2 are dead when they forward no impulse ?
The impulse are blocked at diabetes 2 same as when being poisened with amalgam.

Once cleaned your nerves start sending normal impulses again and the pain disappears in an illness which standard medicine claims is no cure and most important claims your nerves are dead and its being proofen with the impulse test.

No, you had normal sexual dysfunction while beeing ON an antidepressant, thats normal and known. I have persistent sexual dysfunction after beeing a year and longer off the pills, I have 0 libido, when I look at porn, nothing happens. This has a chemical cause and you cant just retrain those neural pathways so they "work" again, this is much more difficult.

Try Ayurvedic Solutions.
In my country there's an Ayurvedic doctor who cures eye diseases by treating to finger of the feet.
Personally I had a experience for my dad's backpain , he tried many many 'western doctors' for 5 years. No one couldn't cure it. I found a Ayurvedic doctor, he diagnosed it without even looking at a x-ray. And he could cure it.

Thanks, I think I actually have neuropathy, I have numbness in hands and legs, especially I can't feel my dick most of the day. Or something is definitely wrong with my neurons, damaged, or whatever. I tried high dose psychedelics and I barely reacted to them. Same with alcohol, stimulants, just about everything.. My sleep is not refreshing, I wake up like I didnt sleep at all, with no memory of the day before..

Something I wanted to do was Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy or maybe ozone therapy.. it is said to give the cells more energy. But I don't know.

There is no cure for something only you can heal. Trust me - Nobody will be able to help you besides yourself.

Trust me. Working with your mind on the "sicknesses" you might have, it's underrated.
Try it out. My solution to everything is meditating. No doctor is better than yourself who knows your own body/mind.

Talking about Dabrowska - My mom cured her cancer by using her diet. The cancer was close to kill her and after an operation she started the Dabrowska diet and now she’s feeling better than ever. Altough you do this diet once per some time because you will feel very weak during this, but it clears your body from all the poisons.

That sounds awful.

Don't give up hope.

In my opinion, what you're doing is noble and will feel somewhat satisfying but I think it will prevent you from ever recovering.

The only way you'll recover is if you are just so busy with other things that you don't have the time or the mental capacity to think about it. If your mission is spreading awareness of it, you will always be thinking about it so it'll be impossible to move on.
