HERE IS THE LINK FOR PART 1, READ IT FIRST IF YOU HAVEN'T ALREADY:

    http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackh...changing-threads-series-part-1-must-read.html

    Hey everyone!

First off, I truly apologize for the long delay in getting this next thread up and posted. I got sidetracked on some other things and I deeply apologize, I know a few of you were really waiting for this. But anyways, here it goes.

The last thread was really about how to make sure you start your business on the right foot, and how to correct it if you haven't.

Today I would like to discuss the way most people use and think of money.

This thread will contain literally gold, right on your screen. What are you going to do with it?

What if I told you that it is more than possible to make $10K this week? What if I told you, that without busting your ass, you could make $50K per month? $100K per month? And, you could have people to do all the dirty work for you? And you didn't have to pay them? What if they paid you?

What if everything you have ever been told about making money was a lie? What if?

You know that there is cash out there just exchanging hands every day, billions of dollars. Cold, hard cash.

Let's quickly change your thinking about money.

Imagine a river, a river of money. A river of money that never stops flowing, a limitless supply. Do you see this river? You are standing on the bank of this river, just staring at it in complete disbelief. Do you see it? Do you?

OK, good. Now what are you going to do??
    ...
    ....
    ...
    ....
    ...

    STUFF YOUR POCKETS!

At least, that is what the masses would do. The majority of people would see this giant river of money and stuff as much of it as possible in their pockets, their mouth, their ass, their friend's ass, who the fuck knows.

    Don't be an idiot.

These are the people that slave around at minimum wage jobs. They leave so much cash in the river.

    Don't be an idiot.

What if you went and got a dump truck? You could haul a helluva lot more cash, could you not?

To hell with it, let's go rent a couple Ryder trucks. Now we can haul even more? But, we still have to take the time to go fill up the gas tank, go back, dump it somewhere, come back, get pissed off because the truck breaks down.

This group represents the Doctors, Lawyers, and most likely small-time politicians. Sure, they are making a bit more money, but still they are exchanging time for money.

Now, let's take this money, buy our own fleet of trucks, and hire a team of illegals, most likely the ones that hang out in front of Home Depot. You are supplying the trucks, and you just split the money with them. That way they don't just take off with your truck. Better yet, you stick GPS trackers on them and if they go off course you call the Border Patrol. Ha! You are brilliant, aren't you?

This group represents the business owners. But now you have to deal with payroll, taxes, and likely ICE since you are a white man enslaving the illegals. Shit!

OK, so what the fuck. All these options suck. Sure, you make money. But, you are still exchanging time for money, even if it is just paperwork. No good. You still aren't thinking smart enough.

Now, lets take a step back and realize what happened. Everyone in the above example was greedy and didn't look at the situation correctly.

If you were smart, you would have looked at the river like this: How can I take advantage of this insane opportunity, yet have nothing to do with it?

I can think of one way. What if I hired a plumber to install some pipes? Why not, let's build a fucking house to live in right over there, next to that small group of trees and the new titty bar that just opened up.

Now let's run that pipe, from the river, to my house, right in my basement. Oh yeah, put a faucet on it as well. Now, I can just go turn the faucet on and buy my new Ferrari. Or a new set of boobs for one of your girlfriends. Or yourself. Ha!

Then go sip on your cappucino and watch everyone slaving away at the river, grabbing all they can. You then proceed downstairs and glare at your new-fangled faucet with cash pouring out.

This group is the top 0.01 percent of the population. They are the real thinkers, setting the standard in collecting cash.

Now, this river exists in real life. And, I am about to tell you the exact location.

IN YOUR DAMN BACKYARD! And the front yard too!

Billions of dollars exchange hands every day. That is the river. How can you tap into this?

How do you install your own faucet?

Again, it is by changing your knowledge, correcting your perception, and setting a standard.

If you want to be a badass, you have to listen to this. Let's dive in to something else real quick.

Let's assume that you know the following numbers here. If you don't, get them. Information is gold.

Let's say that it takes 3 leads to make a sale.

Let's also assume that for every sale you earn $100 profit.

So, if each lead costs $33, we make one dollar.

So, if we pay $16.50 per lead, we will double our money.

OK, cool, we know what it takes to double our money. By knowing these number, you are already in the top 5% of business owners. Crazy, right?

But that is fact. Hardly anyone knows these figures it seems.

But for those of you that already knew this, congratulations.

But even being in the 5% isn't that special.

You want to be a fucking badass and wipe the face of your competitors on the floor and throw them in the trash. You aren't satisfied with just staying in business, even though that is just a feat in itself. No, that is NEVER ENOUGH.

Think about this. Let's go against common business principle for a minute. After all, why follow common business advice? You reap what you sow.

What I am about to say is KEY. I have met 3 people in my life that have known this. Literally only 3.

This is how to be a badass.

It takes 3 leads to make a sale.

So if you paid $33 you would break even.

And, if you paid 16.50 you would double your money.

However, you also know that each customer will net you, on average, another $100 60 days down the road.

And at 120 days, 180, and so on.

NO BUSINESS KNOWS THIS INFORMATION. "Lifetime Value" is usually calculated as a 6 month rolling average, up to 12 months. Only 1%, probably less, of all business know this true figure.

Knowing this, let's just fuck everything up and pay $50 per lead. No, let's pay $75 PER LEAD.

Now we are talking. If you are still part of the 99% of the population that says "But wait, this shit isn't adding up. This thread sucks!! Fuck you 44proseries!", then calm down a minute and THINK, just like the guy that added pipes from the cash river.

Now, let's go talk to the radio, newspaper, and tv guys. You were running ads with them recently, and found that you paid $500 for a week of advertising, and got 40 calls on average. So does your competition.

So, you tell them that information, and offer instead to pay $75 per phone call (lead). What will happen? A few things.

They will market your business for you on autopilot. I guarantee you that if they have any brains at all that they will market the HELL out of your business and phone number. They will write the most compelling ad copy imaginable, and make sure your business is in front of every possible fucking person possible.

Your competition still paying $500 a week? HAHAHA!!! Why would they mess with them? They are weak sauce compared to what you are paying.

Sure, it will take 6 months to turn a profit, but you will decimate the competition because they won't be able to stay in business since they don't understand what the fuck you are doing. The advertising agencies will make sure you get all the business, and you know it.

You are kicking their ass. You don't have to do a thing except making the sales.

Before you know it, you will be the only game in town. In essence you are monopolizing the market for whatever market you are in.

So now that the competition is out of the way, you turn down your lead-gen "pipe", and start paying less and less until profit is optimized.

    This will work anywhere, period.

For some of you, this will seem like common sense. But, you need some capital here to do this. If you already have a business you should have some capital. But since I am assuming you don't have working capital, lets go talk to a furniture store, a real estate investors group, a gym, and a night club... Seriously.

First, you call up the furniture store. You tell them that you are working with some local real estate investors and you are interviewing furniture stores for a private showing event. Their ears will instantly perk up. Here is how the phone call would go.

You- "Hi, my name is Joe Blow, who do I talk to about bulk buys?"

Clerk -"Uuuhhhhhhh, that would be the manager, one second."

    *Manager picks up the phone*

Manager - "Hello, this is Jack Crack"

You - "Yes, this is Joe Blow, are you the person I should talk to about bulk buys?"

Them -"Yes, unless you want a bulk discount, that would be the owner, would you like me to patch you through?"

You - "Yes, but I am short on time, please make it quick."

Them - "I am transfering you now, sir."

    *Owner picks up*

Owner - "This is Yuck Schmuck, how can I help you?"

You - "My name is Joe Blow, I hear you are the person I talk to about bulk buys?"

Them- "Yes, what can I do for you?"

You - "Alright great! I am working with a large group of local real estate investors and I am interviewing all of the different furniture stores in the
area to see who would be the best choice for a private showing and bulk purchasing event. Would you mind pointing me in the right direction?"

They will stutter at this point, trying to think of how to best handle the call.

Them - "Well sir, I would have to say that we are the most capable of handling such an event, here is why... *blah blah blah*"

You - "OK. Is that all?"

They will likely stammer and stutter again.

Them - "Well, we could arrange whatever you want really, we have a great showroom, *blah blah*."

You - "Okay, I'll see what we can do, right now we are working with three other stores and we are comparing furniture quality, financing rates, etc. to find the one we think will work best. So as far as an offer, or what do you think would make sense for both of us, what do you suggest?"

Them - "You mean paying you money?"

You - "Do you think that is what would work best?"

Them - "Well we typically pay 10% of the sales generated from a referral.

you -"Is that what I should put down as your bid?"

Them -"Well, what do you normally charge?"

You - "Well in order to be fair to all the other stores, we don't share bids as we are still in the process of making a decision, that is private information, make sense?'

Them - "OK, so how do I know if we are accepted?"

You- "Well first I have to know the bid. Is it 10%?"

Them - "For now I gues."

You - "So if the bidding goes above that, should I let you know or keep your bid at 10%?"

Them - "Well if it goes above that, put us down for 15%?"

You- "OK, so 15% is your bid then? I should write that down here?"

    Them - "Yes."

You "OK so if it goes above 15%, should I let you know or keep it at 15%?"

By using this dialogue, you will reach 20% or higher before you know it. You then use the same method to negotiate the store-wide discount.

Then you call the Real Estate investors group, and ask for the head honcho, and basically use the same dialogue with them, you are working with a furniture store and are hosting a private showing and are interviewing investors to see if they qualify.

What this does is make them fight for YOUR business. Client trafficking is gold.

The last time I did this, I had over 60 investors spend slightly over 90K at this specific store, and my take was 22%.

And I didn't even attend the event.

I made 5 phone calls, taking up about 2 hours of my time.

Moving on to gyms and night clubs...

You call a night club and use this dialogue to see what they will end up paying per head at the door. You should get at least $10.

You then call a gym and negotiate a deal where you will pay the gym $5 per head that shows up each friday night at your chosen club. They will make sure as many people as possible show up.

Do you see what you are doing? Investors buy furniture to show off homes, and gym customers tend to go to nightclubs. You are simply installing a pipe into this river of cash, sucking as much out as you can.

Intelligence has been defined as being able to connect two seemingly unrelated items together. How can you connect a dentist and a plumber? A florist and a bowling alley?

There is always a way. Always.

I know I said in the previous thread that I would talk about real estate investing, but you knowing this information is key to changing your perception.

So in the next few days I will create another thread regarding real estate investing, I promise!

Anyhow, I am gonna get some sleep now.

TO BE CONTINUED IN PART 3! (Look for it in the next few days.)

While I only read the first half because its' 3am and my eyes are rolling back into my head, all I can say is you're a damn good writer. I totally saw where that river analogy was going before I finished reading it! I guess that makes me part of the 0.01?

    Thanks for this, seriously.

Hi Focks, all I have to say is make sure you read the second half tomorrow, because you are only doing an injustice to yourself.

Also, I am glad you understand.

Dude, this is not some self help forum? Also, property investing has nothing to do with internet marketing.
And reading your writing I get this peculiar feeling that you might be that guy from the guaranteed $10k a month thing that took everyone for a ride and then got your account deleted. I sense a couple more of these "Life changing" threads and then some sort of sale after you have convinced all the helpless noobs that you are some sort of money making prodigy.

If this is not your intention, then my bad. I just smell something fishy and have noticed a pattern specifically in this sub forum of BHW.

    Raevinn-

Thanks for your bullshit meter bro. You are a respected member of the community & I'm glad you are looking out for our best interests. But, I focus solely on offline clients dealing with IM. I don't do online for myself.

With that being said, I have to say this guy is giving some straight gold. As an online marketer, a person can hide behind their computer screen in their shitty tighty whities & make money. But in the offline world you need to have the mentality that he is painting. Business owners will smell an online geeks shitty tighty whities a mile away. This is commonly displayed by posters saying, "I just move on to the next", thinking this is a numbers game. It's not. To speak to business owners is not a numbers game. To look the board members of a multi-million dollar company in the eyes & tell them your setup fee is 6 figures takes more than balls of steel. If you reframe your perspective from that standpoint, you will see this guy is delivering pure gold.

Now on the other hand, if he comes with some offer, shady PM's, affiliate link or what not, then please lets all swiftly get the ban hammer dropped.

But lets not even look for such a thing to happen. That would be the same as someone walking into a meeting with that same board I mentioned above & expecting "They are going to shoot me down". Limiting beliefs will always deliver a limited life.

    Or as was once said:

If you always put limit on everything you do, physical or anything else. It will spread into your work and into your life. There are no limits. There are only plateaus, and you must not stay there, you must go beyond them.

Oh, so we are not supposed to help each other on the forum?

    Hater's will hate.

This is the attitude that most people have. They shoot something down before they even try it and can't even see what is right in front of them.

I hope you can open your mind a little, Raevinn. It would help you greatly.

    qu4rk,

Thanks for being one who understands what I am getting at.

Information can only change your life if you let it, and if you want it, and you see this. I hope more people do as well.

Also, Bruce Lee said "Be like water." That is how your business should be. It should be like water, able to freely flow in the path of least resistance in any market condition.

    Be Like Water.

Or you could be like Molasses. Like Raevinn.

    Hi Mr Six,

The rundown I gave is pretty much it. It is too simple.

Another thing that you can do is go talk to a restaurant and say you are interviewing restaurant's to see who would be the best option to host large parties. Get your cut, use the same dialogue with a group of people in your area, I love real estate investors because they are usually down for anything. They like to eat good food and buy shit.

Anyhow, that is the idea, try and apply it to two random businesses.

A good exercise is to pick up a phonebook, flip to a random page and randomly point at a business. That is the first one. Then do it again for a second business, and try and think of a way you can connect them or their clients.

It is amazing what you can think of.

I'd build a dam personally. Upstream, dilute the out flow with water and charge people downstream to fish for money. Then you'd be creating money from money, thats how you do it properly.

When you mentioned talking to the real estate group, did you try to get some money out of them too or just arrange the show? If the former, what kind of arrangement did you go for (i.e. you get referral commissions for the furniture, what did you get for the real estate group?)

Very interesting thread you have complied here. I read both of your thread and really looking forward reading more threads you compile. However, what you saying is something that can not be taught. It is given. It is very hard to think like you if your just not born with it. I myself, after reading your post realize "yes" your idealism makes sense and is something I would do. But if I was to step out in the real world and trying to manipulate your idea, I just won't be able to do it. I would have no idea what do to, unless I was given step by step instructions.

This is such a load of shit. Quite obviously developed so that you can rack up rep points from people that don't know any better.
