Licorne Proxies unable to scrape

I have 20 private proxies, i tested those proxies with Licorne and scrapebox and its showing status Working but when i try to scrape the urls from SE, its showing "could have been banned by host" but the proxies are working and i tested on google too and it is searching. I know i can directly ask the developer but this may take time to receive response, i hope someone can reply here fast with the solutions.
