Is there any local distribution agency / local PR contact who can help acquire licensed Holywood movie promotional content for YouTube channel for a fee of any sort. Any contacts, suggestions would be of great help.

I highly doubt you're going to find any such thing. Even If you find it, they are going to charge way too much.

Well in that case search for the top studio's (https://www.moviepredators.com/movie-articles/top-10-hollywood-movie-studios/) websites get in touch with their license department and they will guide you in the right direction.

Reaching out to the studios definitely works, the distributors are usually in the trailer as well ;-)

Have you been getting copyright strikes on the trailers?

I ask because trailers are released as promotional materials and used widely by media outlets for news and reviews without the need to get specific permission.

But YouTube is a mysterious beast.

So have you been getting strikes?

Movie studios don't usually deal with channels with smaller audience. They require somewhere around 500,000+ subs.

Usually you don't get a copyright strike on a trailer as strikes are manual claims. Content ID/copyright claim is automatic. You get these copyright claims even for trailers. Without permission from the Studios (content owners), you will not be able to monetize it.
