Just had a few thought balloons about handling requests for purchasing LR safely yet quickly from those who have Paypal or other reversible payment systems. Would like a pool of individuals who keep a few hundred idle in their LR accounts, who can be relied upon (decent rep and itrader) to do a safe transfer for a 5 to 10% fee. PM for details.

Good Luck but the problem will be 5-10% fees. I do buy LR via PP with certain days to wait & obviously fees are much larger then this. I will keep an eyes on this thread. Hopefully someone will Respond..

The details (Pmed you) describes the workaround to the fee and the reversal issues, to make the transactions 1 day and safe on both sides.
