Libert Reserve question

I have a Gig on SeoClerks selling 7 Month aged Twitter Accounts.

Received a message today from an interested buyer. He is asking me if he can pay me through Liberty Reserve.

I have a feeling that I'm going to be scammed if I let him pay me with Liberty Reserve. Maybe I'm wrong.

I have only heard of Liberty Reserve, but know nothing about it.

Here are a few questions:

What is my risk of being scammed by using Liberty Reserve?
How do I get access to the funds?

I have no idea how many accounts the guy wants. If he wants less than 1000, then forget it. I'm not even going to consider the request. It would have to be at least 3000 Accounts or more. Even if he wants several thousand accounts, I just have this feeling that he will pay me the money, I'll send him the Accounts, then he will dispute the charge before I can get my funds, then I'll file my dispute and Liberty Reserve will do nothing about it and I'll be SOL. If I can get my money out right after he pays me, then I would consider it.

Also, this would be against the TOS, since it would most likely mean dealing outside of SeoClerks. I realize that everybody on Blackhatworld always respects a sites TOS. I could politely reply that it is against the sites TOS and that I only do deals within SeoClerks.

Well here's the deal. With liberty reserve, you CAN'T dispute the charge.

If you receive the payment before doing the job, there is no risk for you at all. He cant dispute once the payment was made.
The only problem for you is converting LR to USD - you'll have to pay a large fee. However, its easy to convert LR to Bitcoins.

Libetry reserve doesn't do charge backs or disputes etc... so make sure you get payed before you deliver.

I would not deliver any Accounts before I got paid the money into Liberty Reserve. It sounds like the buyer has a better chance of being scammed by me because he could pay me and I don't deliver the Accounts as promised and he is the one that is SOL. I'm not going to do that. The buyer will get the Accounts that he pays for. I was just concerned that he could end up disputing the charge right after he receives the accounts from me.

I'll message him back to let him know that I will do Liberty Reserve if his order is a decent size

There's no way to chargeback with liberty reserve, its not like paypal. Lr is more convenient for sellers than buyers.

With Liberty Reserve, payments are irrevocable (meaning they cannot be reversed).

That is great! Except the large fee part. But I would save on fees from SeoClerks, so it might even out.

well you are on the "safest" part if he sends money first because chances are that he will dispute the payment after getting the accounts if he pays via paypal..

There are several reliable exchangers who will swap LR for cash (Paypal, WU, moneypak).

LR is the most valuable ecurrency, you can easily exchange it to other currencies without any fees.

You shouldn't have a problem if you are paid in advance. Exchanging lr to other currencies is as easy as it gets.

You'll pay between 1-5% to withdraw your LR to USD. You'll pay about the same to convert it to Bitcoin, then have to pay again to convert your unreliable dramatically fluctuating Bitcoin to USD.
