LFE. Host on local PC?

Hi!

Can I use xampp/wamp to host LFE?
I've heard LFE requires crons which is not available in windows servers(?)

LFE is good. You need to use Xrumer to build backlinks to your blog network.

Yes you can host LFE localy on windows. Instead of cron you make a sheduled task. In the Run box you enter
