I have a site, its from 2007ish, has been in google for a while now, we use adwords etc, but we never did alot of SEO work, outside of the beginning,

We want someone who is an expert with WHITE HAT ONLY to get us a top 10 ranking asap for certain keywords, we would except it done in 1-3 months, faster is better, we are willing to pay, but you have to PROVE that you can get the results done, we are not paying $$ right out front
