LF Someone to sent around 10000 emails

Hello,

Im looking for a cost effective solution to sent around 10000 emails.
These are Non CL - Non affiliate Emails. Its only a short email introducing a newly created website for everyone to use. To get the name out there.
All of the emails are emails gathered by me from local country specific networks. The emails will be in a non english language.

If you need any more information, do ask.
I would like to receives quotes and prove of past success.

Dont go for services in here that you cant find in the for sale/services sections and that have good reviews,just a warning since there is alot of scammers here..

Thank you for the advice.

Ive been searching through the sale/services section but have yet to find an email sending solution that I am looking for.
I tried the following search queries:
- email sending service
- email sending
- bulk emailing

Other suggestions?

1. I can do the same for you for 50 USD.
2. I have ********* mail servers which inbox.
3. You will need to give me information on your list before we proceed as I cannot allow my ip reputation to be spoiled by a bad list. Alternatively I can scrape a targetted list for you.
