lf somebody with Scrapebox - Search Operators, Utf8 comments

I'm looking for somebody who can do the following:

Comment IN foreign language (utf8) comments on blogs scraped with the "inurl:.ext" search operator

Scraping and commenting needed.

One batch comment would be around 50-200 comment

I send the names...
Update: and spintax utf8 comments of course... notepad can handle them
