im looking for people whose job is to search a websites that has emails list and can be extract.

the website must be related for making money website.

or if you had already a list of websites that can be extracted

Why not scrape Google's search results related to your keywords, followed by scraping those websites for email addresses? I could do that for you, but I would like to know your budget.

Are you kidding me? You call 50,000 email addresses from sites related to my subject 'not so effective'? You're either doing something wrong, or just have too high standards.
