..so what I am looking for is a long term business with an at least advanced social media manager.

Things that have to be done or featured:

+ daily effort of at least 1 hour (5 days a week)
+ posting stuff on the site (not more than max. 2 posts a day) + distribution
+ niche related topics (not spamming random kitten videos)
++ you will also get material like interviews, pictures, videos,.. from time to time that have to be featured
+ boost all posts with some real facebook accounts + comments + shares (in relation to like amount of the FP ~10%)
+ little interaction with comments
+ spam radar -> remove all spam shit
+ general content research
+ building audience
