LF BUDGET CPC/blog marketing builders

Hi, im new to BHW and affilliate marketing in general, if this is in the wrong section please do what needs to be done

I am wanting to start monetizing my websites, I see some people offering 1$+ cash per click on web pages? That sure sounds nice! But as I said I am new to online marketing/monetizing - I am wondering if anyone would be able to create just 1 site for me at this time; if you can make my blog generate 1$+ CPC I will definitely be coming back for my other 11 sites.

I am looking for a system to generate leads for either my hosting affiliates, or "Make money online" by chris farrell(I have re-seller and squeeze pages) - the one thing I have been getting stuck on is finding email software that is either free, within my minimal budget, and does not require credit card info.

My blog is sort of a mix between "make money online" and Hosting talk(I dont know the rules about posting domains, but this domain could compete with webhostingtalk if I decided to make a forum)
I also have other domains that could be easily converted, such as a niche forum that will be generating heavy traffic when I get some funds for a decent theme/support; as well as 2 re-seller hosting domains, development portfolio sites(template display(PPD?) sites? I do have A LOT of neat web templates laying around!)

I am wondering what I can get started with very little budget right now. I am active on several forum communities, and if I get a revenue generating site, I have the time to spread the word and SEO my site; If I can get my blog set up, I will be back for my other sites very soon.

I may be willing to discuss % compensation for my first blog, if I can find someone willing to help me get it revenue ready

I am also looking for a PARTNER that would be contributing VIDEO's to my Hosting blog ( tutorial/guides/reviews/etc. ) I am hoping to get a company like OVH to want us to create tutorials/reviews for their services.
I will be adding content and maintaining the website, I am willing to negotiate prices/etc. (im hoping to find someone that would want to go 50/50 in my other sites also, I have other niche ideas and have invested quite a bit into them)

You are basically asking for a Joint Venture deal where somebody helps you build a money making site, provides the SEO, and creates (video) content for your blog for a share of the profits. Freelancing work as understood here involves you being able to pay now for specific tasks to get done, at the normal market rate for doing those jobs, not if come/when come profit-sharing.

Why should the freelancers do all that work for you on an unproven site, when they could work on their own blogs? You should either move your request to the JV section, or come up with definite cash that will adequately pay for the jobs you want done.
