Hey peoples, suppose youve been long awaiting my response here... was happily watching a movie im afraid hence the slow reply but hey im here now to gie my side of the case... will make it a shorter version than i gave to pofecker because i know how many of you hate long posts....

So... the chat log = 100% true (well i aint read it all and i doubt any of you have either) but basicly it looks true from a quick glance. Dont know if its every convo ive had with this guy but hey i will give you a low down now.
Him: I wanna buy an email list
Me: Okay thats XXX and has this this and that
Him: okay perfect will buy that BUT first i need something to send them with
Me: me goes off and talks to a friend.... talk talk talk.... get him a great deal on VPS server and cpanel free for the first month. Oh and emailing software uploaded and configured all inclusive.
Him: Okay i need help.... help me.... i dont understand
Me: (thinking okay well he is going to be giving me XXX for the emails like he agreed before so a few hours wont matter for support etc
Him: oh i still dont understand
Me: more talking with my friend.... taught him all about crons and set them up
Him: Oh XXX is a lil bit expensive
Me: I re-explain why its that price (which is damn cheap btw) and then okay he kinda agrees
Him: Urrrrrrm i want to use them before i pay
Me: not possible then you could just run off and use them yourself without paying
Him: Oh no god will get me or you if either of us do that etc etc etc...... i just want to see the bounce rate (had allready given him a guaranteed 90%+ no bounce or money back but no)
Me: okay then lets sort out a deal i will take a smaller deposit (1/3 of the price) and then you can pay the rest after (that leaves me still with a bit of money if he runs off).
Him: Oh no i want the emails to try before i pay anything (more god stories)....
Me: Wonders if this guy is trying to scam me after i give him 3 different ways to settle this and he refuses each and hes the one with no rep here at all and has given nothing to the community. Anyhow i carry on a lil bit more.
Him: No i dont want the list because i need to have the full list first before i pay
Me: went off the tolly completely as this guy has wasted 6 or more hours of my time setting this all up for him and turns out he had no intention in paying at all.... (for you people who can use 6 hours of your time efficently to earn money you know how important those hours are)...
Okay some of you may understand now.... but for the ones of you that dont this probably sounds like complete bullshit to you but the truth is the truth... what do i have to loose hey?
The other reason i went of the trolly or de-railed was because my grandfather has just recently passed away (who lives in the UK) and so was hoping to have that money to pay for the trip over for the funeral. Now its going on my card which at this time (credit crunch) aint the best of things especially as we are nearing xmas too. That and also i was in the middle of moving house (finished moving in today). So very stressfull already without the help of time wasters and 'scammers' if you like such as himself.
Now then... regarding my address im afraid people who live close by that i havent lived there for 2 years and do actually live in france.
Oh yeah and i at least thought my contributions and good previous rep here would have more people in favour of seeing both sides but it looks like alot of you have jumped on the early train and headed straigt for trolling village. (even had a personal threat from an executive here just because of this thread (maybe this will make him see both sides))
Anyhow people hope you enjoyed reading my side of the 'story' so to speak and vote lewi in the national elections LOL

and yeah please do post ALLL that chat logs un changed.... will make a nice read to prove that now your lying about me making up you changing your mind and are blatantly refusing.... it looks like the tables have turned and ive got alot more to loose so why should i lie now? You stand to loose nothing or minimal things.

- You are waiting around for him to post "proof" so you can switch things around and save your stretched hiny. Why don't you offer something better instead of a made up chat-log presenting your perspective of the situation, he's offering real chat logs showing where you insulted, threatened, and blackmailed him. Everyone must be punished equally.
