The levels of consciousness were 'invented' by David R. Hawkins in his great book, Power vs Force!

From low to high, the levels of consciousness are: shame, guilt, apathy, grief, fear, desire, anger, pride, courage, neutrality, willingness, acceptance, reason, love, joy, peace, enlightenment.

A guy who eats junk food, watches porn, drinks alot of beers with his friends and then comes home and beats his wife will be under level 200.
Einstein and Freud were at 499 - Reason
Gandhi & Mother Theresa at 500 - Love
Eckhart Tolle & Jung - 540 - Joy
Jesus, Buddha, Krishna (top 3 Christic figures & World Saviors) were at 1000!

Unfortunately, 85% of the terrans spend their lives in the lower levels of consciousness, being mindful only 5% of the time, the rest of the day living in the empire of the subconscious mind (like zombies, apparently).

Anyway, going back to the levels, anything above level 200 strengthens you, anything under 200 weakens you. For example, the level of 'desire' keeps most of us stuck at the lower levels (alcohol, nicotine, watching football & porn etc.) but the biggest enemy is the level of 'pride'.

The levels above 200 are getting better and better. I know this because a year ago I had a very pleasant moment. After listening at the radio to John Lennon - Imagine my soul had a nice intention of universal peace and BANG, 2 hours of bliss, inner peace, extreme euphoria and complete mindfulness. Ah, nothing that happened in my life came even close to those 2 hours of freedom. I firmly believe that if we become 100% vegan, do jogging daily, make autosuggestions (positive affirmations), send positive suggestions to other people and generally doing good deeds life will become better and better!

Won't do further ramblings on this - I'll just post Steve Pavlina's interpretation:

And for those who want to dwelve deeper, there's always the book of the original author on scribd. (^.^)

I hope some of you could use this info. Thanks for reading and have a nice present moment!

Peace be with you!

Steve Pavlina, one of the guys you used for interpretation, is always up to something out there. He's the one who made polyphasic sleep a popular topic online after doing it and blogging his progress.

I don't understand how to score yourself.

I think my level of consciousness is = 10,000. LOL

Because everyday i'm thinking about "the concept of the existent". Ratter than like typical people > "just reflected to the > every existent.... = "system, situation, or reality".

Even people who have 1000 - 2000level of consciousnesses = they still just a "product" + reflected from the "existent".

Love exist = they freak about love.
Morality exist = they freak about moral right and wrong.
(and trillion other "existent concept". )
But yeah, typical just reflected to the every "existent", rather thn thinking about behind of the existent itself.
When I talk about "behind", doesn't mean I talk about GOD or PURPOSE. But some.... "key", our brain right now still can handle / grasp it. :(

From 0(non-exist) to 1(exist), 2, 3, 4.. INFINITY..

And of course the existent is weird. Because it have no purpose or creator(really hard to explain about this).

Thanks for the replies, guys!

I did some researching a while ago and found this nice list:

1. personal development
2. spirituality
3. health
4. family
6. career
7. finances
6. society

We can't have perfect health without PD, we can't have perfect families with PD so PD should be first on the list, would you agree?

What about the rest?

Should we arrange career & finances and/or family & society (I believe family = humanity... we're all souls that own human bodies of both sexes. In other words, brothers and sisters!).

I am God. Where do I reside then? I know what it's like to be a Buddha.

I wish to reside there daily. I eat pescitarian. I see everyone has God. My desk is filled with such, my fingers, my life, everything within vision is such.

I make it a point to meditate every morning as well. My most profound experiences come from meditation.

I think we are way too little and unimportant to ever know anything. Ants have their own little world aswell, will they ever understand ours ?

Metaphorically if you are in a room and never gone outside nor have the ability to do so, then you start to wonder, you start to dwelve into wonders and your imagination starts to fly. Same as in Maths, every equation only has 1 answer, if you can't solve it, move on! Life is easy , but due to our incompetence or lack of progress, we get lazy in the way and start to make poetry etc about some crazy philosophical theories.

Yes eating the right way , exercising , doing yoga, being nice ( sometimes being really angry has a good force swell ) ALL make you feel better, it helps to your personal development etc... BUT its meaningless...At the same time as it is meaningful.

Not knowing makes you curious. So constrain it please people and deal with the things you can in this world for the time being, that will get you closer to new findings in life and progress. Stop all the cloud looking, wondering and grass eating BS. Get to Work !

I'm guarding the planet Earth from alien invasion and meteoric rains everyday in my mantras. How many points for that?

Many people that returned from NDE (near death experiences) said that the Divine wants from us Love and Knowledge!

And like Voltaire soul mentioned earlier. work!!! meaningful work!

Altruism & Creativity -> article writing on "good karma" topics such as "weight loss", "quit smoking" etc. Ah, the beautiful life!

And about shroomerage... here's a nice joke:

if weed was a bycicle
if psylocibin was a motorcycle
if lsd was an airplane
then dmt would be a frikkin' space ship...

I'll end this up with some info on SMART goals:

specific, measurable, actionable, realistic, time(frame)

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SMART_criteria & http://www.unt.edu/wmoen/publications/gilseval/g.htm

Everybody should have smart goals in their life!

I felt interested by your topic and gave it a go. Finally spent nearly 2 hours exploring the subject. Thanks for posting.

It all starts with the perception of the world at the moment you open your eyes.
