Just wondering if anyone knows if it is helpful to have a twitter account have a break from activity like eight hours a day or not? Are accounts less likely to be banned from anyone's experience?

That does help, especially after a flag / ban wave.

Twitter's algorithm tends to snatch once and let you ride again shortly after.

In no means does it take anything away from you nor offer something bad.. It would never hurt to give it a go and further test to see if it has an impact on what YOU'RE doing.

From my experience it does help, but if you have a consistent plan all will create a mixture as well as open a natural break.
