letting an ebay account get suspended - advice needed

Hello guys,

some idiot gave me a negative feedback, for no reason , he claims he didnt get the item , i suggested him giving his money + shipping the same item again.

he refuses.
Funny thing is.
He pays 21.04.11 gets his item on 22.04.11 and i get a negative feedback the next day (a sunday). Well what should i say. It smells fishy.

Do u guys have some suggestions? I though of letting his account getting suspended and then the feedback will be deleted.

if he paid one day and you can show he got it next day, you can get in touch with ebay and they will review that for you, if he has left negative feedback and you can prove he got it you can also take up with paypal and show them the proof

That way at least he will not get hos money back

Also ban him from bidding or buying any other items from you or he could be back and harm you again

well it was just a 2 dollar item, i dont give a fuck about that, but the negativ feedback has a 100x bigger impact. I want to delete the feedback

Don't worry about the negative feedback, just keep going as you are. If 1 negative feedback makes you want to destroy that seller account you are in the wrong game lol. I currently run 4 stealth accounts, i have gotten negative feedback and eventually the positive out weights it and goes off. After a year it falls off. I keep selling just like the negatives never happened

Well the thing is , that this is not a stealth account - its a powerseller account .

But I know what u mean. Thanks for all advices.

Negative feedback is inevitable

If you were to contact EB and say that the buyer was "harassing" you outside of the EB account like through e-mail or something. They might remove the feedback.

You can also contact EB and tell them the buyer left negative feedback before you even had the chance to ship it out or provide them with tracking info.

No matter how many people you deal with, eventually there will be that one prick to leave a neg for whatever reason. EB sure as hell won't remove all of them.

you will always run into compelte pricks who who's whole highlight of the day is leaving - feedback. I had people complain i never sent the item on a Sunday etc..what a joke. It's a fact iof life. Walk down the street and see.

you really cant do anything no more. You can call ebay they dont really care. This is the reason why sellers need to be able to leave negative feedback. Negatives like this wont happen if the buyer knows he can get one.
