letter writing for my company

"I need some help from you people. As in short im working in a multinational company where we have a staff of 50 people and working from more than a decade over here. We are never getting expected salary as per our work. We need someone who can write a letter stating to revise salary, gratuity, bonus and over time. We can't write as we are not good in English and all our staff of admin is from other countries like UK and US. I need someone who can prepare a letter for us"
